Maintenance Packages
Soniclean’s TGA registered cleaning machines, devices and products used in a health care setting require mandatory validation for compliance. Soniclean’s service team provides annual preventative maintenance contract (PMC) options to help users comply with the validation requirements of AS 2773 and current AS 4187, AS 4185.
Preventative Maintenance Packages help ensure ease of scheduling and planning, minimising disruption to operations, throughput requirements and process flow. Loan units can be arranged for a fee subject to availability.
When a machine is not covered by a PMC, a service can be arranged either on-site or by returning the unit to Soniclean’s service centre. The Soniclean service centre can also perform a full overhaul if required.
